    Purpose:

SIBA not only campaigns to expand the spatial industry as a sustainable and increasingly significant business sector in the national economy, it also promotes   widely the value of adopting and using spatial information and technologies generally. Our key purpose is to build on existing opportunities for the private sector of the industry so that it may prosper. It is also important for the Association to look beyond the horizon to ensure that the industry is both aware and ready to adapt and change to take advantage of new opportunities.
